Due to its elevation and unique climate, their grapes are harvested from late March to late April, up to eight weeks later than other wine producing areas in South Africa. They produce high quality wines in limited quantities and only grapes harvested from their own farm are used in their wines. They focus on Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot (which includes a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon) and a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Dry Rose under the Dun-I label.
