During the last 2 decades Happy Landings Executive Travel & Tours has been established as a reputable travel solutions company servicing many of the 4 & 5 star establishments in Cape Town; Tour Operators; Travel Agents; Private clients as well as hosting many International Corporate clients conference delegations within the Oil & Gas industry.The owner, Mervyn Solomons, has amassed a wealth of industry related knowledge over the years and is a product of the former Peninsula Technikon now known as Cape Peninsula University Of Technology (CPUT) from where he graduated from as a Cost & Management Accountant in 1995 and started his corporate career at SARS in 1997. He started the idea of a reliable travel agency and transport service during his 3rd year of study when he arranged travel solutions for students at CPUT and UWC from the boot of his car. In 1997 the business of Happy Landings was officially registered and by 1998 HL was already a household name with the hospitality industry where they offered bespoke and luxury travel solutions to hotel/guest house travellers in Cape Town and Winelands districts. At the end of 2003 Mervyn left the corporate sector to run Happy Landings on a full time basis and has grown the operations of the business into the successful entity it is presently, rendering transport service to the Oil & Gas industry and foreign corporate travellers alike.
